New York, New York: Recently, the Nigerian Lawyers Association (NLA) held a Panel Discussion titled: "From Foreign Courts To U.S. Jurisprudence: Finding Success In The U.S. as an International Lawyer." The event took place at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Among the participants were members of the Nigerian Lawyers Association, other professionals, and several law students from Nigeria who were in the United States as part of a thirty-member student delegation from the Department of Public Law, University of Lagos, Nigeria, competing at the 2016 National Model United Nations (NMUN) being hosted by the Nigerian Lawyers Association. Members of the panel were the Honorable Judge Jude Obasi Nkama, Ben Okeke, Esq., Eunice Adeleke, and Yetunde Amodu. The panel discussion was moderated by Judge Oliver O. Mbamara.
