New York, New York: Nigerians in the USA gathered on Saturday September 13th at the Nigeria House in New York for a meeting of the Nigeria Independence Day Parade Committee to put finishing touches to the preparations for the forthcoming Nigeria Independence Day Parade 2014. In attendance were individuals, organizations, youth, women, and men from all walks of (Nigerian) life who prayed for a successful event. Moderated by Dansalami Esq., Hosted by Nigerian House. This year's parade will officially commence:
- Thursday October 9th with the WELCOME PARTY at the Festac Ultra Lounge (8PM @263 Hendrix St. Brooklyn).
- Friday Oct. 10 with CULTURE NIGHT at Roulette Theatre (8PM @ 509 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn.
- Sat. Oct. 11 is THE PARADE 2014 (11AM @2nd Avenue, From 54th to 44th St. Manhattan New York). Feature Artist - D'BANJ
