Saturday MAY 17th Made In Africa is back in its own backyard at the WINDFALL LOUNGE to celebrate African Cinema with the AFRICAN FILM FESTIVAL organization. We can all turn into LUPITAS and CHIWETELS for one night!
Our very own DJ BIRANE is going to be on the 1’s and 2’s concocting some crazy MIXES which will have you GROOVING all night.
It’s time to come EXPERIENCE the most Liberating party that boasts the most DIVERSE African crowd in New York City. You’re about to get a taste for some of that African Hospitality. Whether you come solo or with a friend you will still have a good time!

The NY African Film Festival has been presented annually since 1998. Lincoln Center, Maysles Cinema Institute, and Brooklyn Academy of Music have become principal hosts of the festival. Although the festival is a non-competitive event and is not intended to be a film market, AFF invites filmmakers to NYC to introduce their work and hold post-screening discussions with audiences. AFF round-table forums also allow African filmmakers to connect with film industry professionals and media scholars in the U.S.
