The festival will take place Saturday, 2/28/15, starting at 12noon, at Crenshaw Yoga and Dance. Coura Ndiaye (Sabar) will teach 12-1:30pm, Silfredo LaO (Afro-Cuban) will teach 1:30-3pm, and Fadima Traore (GUINEE style djembe) will teach 3-4:30pm. There will be an African marketplace, an Art exhibit, and Senegalese food (Yassa), African-American food (Gumbo) for sale and more. Dance class tickets will be $20 at the door.
