WESTERN UNION RECEPTION FOR NIGERIAN COMMUNITY, New York, June 2003

Aida Diarra (Marketing Manager for the African region addressed the audience (and the Press) and then took questions from them.

Kumba D'Almeida (Assitant Marketing Manager) throws more light on the Western Union program, and how Western Union has been working with the African community in the United States

HOW IT HAPPENED: The event kicked off with a cocktail, and then moved to the Chrysler Room where some attendees had their dinner, while the Western Union Marketing manager for Africa, Mrs. Aida Diarra addressed the audience, giving details of the dollar payout program currently being held by Western Union in Nigeria.  She then called upon Kumba D'Almeida (Assitant Marketing Manager) to throw more light on the program. This was followed by an address by Mr. Brien. The audience was then invited to ask questions, after which some others including the western Union officers then settled down for dinner. SEE PHOTO STORY BELOW
