Umunakara Youth Movement Symphony of Love Award Ceremony in Imo State Nigeria

West Africa: The Umunakara Youth Movement in Nwangele L.G.A. in Imo State Nigeria, recently held a community award ceremony in which they recognized friends and community members who have distinguished themselves through service to humanity and society at large. The event dubbed Humanity and Service Symphony of Love And Award Ceremony was held at the Umunakara community school building. It was organized by the Youths of the community under the chairmanship and presidency of Mr. Okechukwu Onuoha and the Project Advising of Duke Ukaeje, who is also our Southern Nigerian Correspondent.


MOTIVATOR: Mr. Duke Ukaeje, the Youth Movement's Project Adviser. He was the brain and motivation behind the event. For many years now, he has continued to serve his community tirelessly in many ways.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

The youths began gathering in earnest and after a short while, the awardees and other guests began to arrive. After Duke Ukaeje, the Project Adviser welcomed all to the event the President of the youths movement, Mr. Okechukwu Onuoha gave his opening remarks and this was then followed by the handing out of the awards to respective awardees. Each award recipient gave the very attentive and orderly youths some words of advice. After the award ceremonies the youths then partied and danced till the early morning hours. 

The Umunakara Youth Movement was founded in 1962 as a means to get the youths of the community positively involved  in the unity, progress, and development of the Umunakara Nwangele community.
