Bronx, New York: Recently the Orlu Council of Chiefs, USA
launched their music album in the Bronx. They also used the occasion
to honor some members of the Orlu community as well as others who have
contributed and continue to contribute to the sustenance and promotion
of Ibo culture and the Igbo language. Our staff was
in Atlanta to bring you exclusive photos.

ABOUT ORLU PEOPLE:
Orlu is a large community in Imo state of Nigeria. It's
people are the part of the Ibo tribe that settled in what is today known
as the southeastern part of Nigeria. They continue to proudly
express and celebrate their cultures around the world including the
United States. The event was attended by Orlu indigenes as well as
friends and well-wishers from around the United States.
