Graduation party of Chinwe and Kelechi Ekejiuba in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, June, 2009

Philadelphia:  Sisters, Chinwe and Kelechi Ekejiuba both celebrated their graduation event in a graduation party in Philadelphia. Kelechi graduated with Latin honors (cum laude) in medical field while Chinwe graduated with high honors in Business Administration. The event was attended by family, friends, and relatives from across the globe including their parents Sir Adolphus Ekejiuba and Lady Comfort Ekejiuba. Our staff was there to bring you exclusive photo-coverage.

Kelechi graduated from Drexel University - Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Latin honors - Cum Laude -

Chinwe graduated (her second degree) - MBA in international Business from the University of Baltimore

HOW IT HAPPENED: For kelechi Ekejiuba, the graduation ceremony-proper took place at Drexel University earlier in the day, after which family, friends, and relatives who came to witness the ceremony all moved to the reception venue a few blocks away from Drexel University. Chinwe who was celebrating her second degree had played down her own celebration so as not to take away from her younger sisters own first University graduation, hence the event focused mostly on Kelechi. After a number of other guests have arrived, the graduation reception party for Kelechi and Chinwe started in earnest with opening prayer led by Reverend. This was followed by a brief remark by Sir Adolphus Ekejiuba who spoke for himself, his wife Lady Comfort Ekejiuba (both traveled from Nigeria to attend the event), and the Ekejiuba family. This was followed by dinner with DJ Soky playing some light music as guests enjoyed dinner. After that there was a brief dance session after which Kelechi and Chinwe danced into the hall accompanied by family and friends. The celebrants opened the dance floor to the delight of guests and soon the floor was full of gyrating ladies, men, and women rocking to the sounds of DJ Soky Vincent.

Congratulations Kelechi and Chinwe
