HOW
IT HAPPENED:
It was a lively sunny day as the event kicked off early in the day with
guests coming from far and near. Several book stands were set up while
book panel discussions went on in many rooms around the fair area
including the Schomburg.
Also, stage performances, readings, music and more took place on the
entertainment stage that closed down the street. Attendance ran
into thousands while book stands and other stalls carrying artistic
materials were all over the surrounding streets. |
