Chief Damian Anyanwu, Nigerian Born Scientist: African born scientist, Damian Anyanwu born January 1957 in Nguru, Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria. He is ranked No. 3 of 100 most outstanding Nigerians. Chief Damian Anyanwu is considered to be the man who can make Africa a technological Continent. He is the founder of Damian Anyanwu Research Center inc (DARCI) here in US. The center based in New Jersey will be launching its branch in New York City April 2004. Black history month presentation Febuary 27, 2004 at Nigeria House, 828 Second Ave on 44th Street, NYC

Chief Anyanwu's scientific achievement in around the world range from Electronics to Medical technology. In 1979, he built the first private operated Radio station known as RADIO MBAISE FAME. Few years later, 1983 Anyanwu was invited by former Nigerian President, Alhaji Shehu Shergari who decorated Chief Anyanwu with a National award, for his outstanding contributions to Mankind.

He was inducted into the Members of the order of the Niger. (MON) which has diplomatic status, he also toured around the Countries to conduct seminars and received awards from different universities and institutions of higher learning. His Radio transmitters were made from herbal granules stuffed in empty tins, wires and improvised local material.

Few months ago, US president, George W. Bush invited Chief Anyanwu to Washington D.C for a presidental dinner where he was honored by the President and his cabinet

Over the course of his career Chief Anyanwu always creates phenomenal inventions and innovations tomankind. His breakthrough includes converting the exisiting short waves Radio transmitters to medium waves band. His research center has built television transmitters which measures a match box to conventional products.

Anyanwu was touched by loss of lives and properities in US as a result of fire disasters. The self Activating extinguisher, extinguishes fire by itself unattended. The center is also researching a device for hearing, for the hearing impaired persons, deaf or dumb. Also, Human Memory decoder (HMD) is seriously being researched. This device is describe as a frame relay with variety of human test. It is an electronic system which will xray the brain and internal body tissues in carrying various test. This system must pass safety test from mediacl professionals and institutions before applying to the humans. DARCI has developed the wireless security system device in various models that allow you to monitor your homes,vehicle, office and more. Your vehicle or home can now be monitored from a distance of 10 miles or more through a remote control.

Damian Anyanwu is seeking for sponsors, investors or partners as they launch the DARCI organization in New York City April 2004. Chief Anyanwu will be attending presentations to different Schools and colleges.
