The African Christian fellowship dedication Ceremony, January 11, 2004

    The African Christian Fellowship USA recently dedicated its newly elected officers for the January 2004 to December 2005 Session. Speaking after the swearing-in ceremony, the newly sworn-in President Freeborn Ukpede called on the congregation to pray for the newly elected officers to be guided by God. The event was significantly attended by many Pastors, Reverends and Bishops across the Christian community including the Fellowship's East Region President, Dr. Emmanuel Emenyeonu. The event was significantly attended by the Press including our staff who covered the event with great photo-shots as usual.

NEW OFFICERS SWEARING-IN: Newly elected officers during the swearing-in ceremony.


HOW IT HAPPENED: The event which took place in New York commenced with the early arrival of the congregation. The singing trio of Stella and co entertained the audience with soothing and uplifting music. The Pastor then invited the East Region President Emmanuel Emenyonu to the pulpit and he delivered his admonition speech to the new officers while speaking to the congregation as well. Outgoing President, Dr. Momah delivered his speech. This was followed by the introduction and calling up of the new officers by Bishop Esowe. The swearing -in ceremony was formally conducted by Dr. Joe Omokwe. The officers include:- Bro.Freeborn Ukpede, President, Bro.Samuel Mbazo, Vice President, Sis. Edna Ehwarieme, Secretary, Sis. Grace Nnoli, Financial secretary, Bro. Victor Ezeakudo, Bible study cordinator, Bro. Godson Eleda, Prayer cordinator, Sis. Uyoyo Oyetu, Youth cordinator, Sis. Stella Onwukwe, Praise and worship leader, Sis. Glory Adjekughele, Women's leader, Bro.Marvis Erunmusele, Welfare/Social cordinator, Pastor Emmanuel Nwogu, Missions Director, Bro. Emmanuel Omokha, Protocol officer, Pastor Isreal Lekweuwa, Men's Leader.

Some of the important dignataries as well as those who helped in the annointing ceremonies include Dr. Joe Omokwe, East Region President, Emmanuel Emenyeonu, Pastor Laura Ubani, Bishop Charles Esowe, and more.
